Dr. Tomas A. Gonzalez is board certified in Forensic Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, Inc. Dr. Gonzalez provides case evaluation and psychiatric expert testimony for criminal and civil matters pending before the Courts, and for private law firms. He addresses criminal matters such as competency to stand trial, insanity defense, dangerousness, diagnosis and dispositional issues. Civil matters include topics such as sexual harassment, wrongful termination, personal and product liability, and child custody.
